I took part in a number of mathematics and logic-based competitions during my time in school, and achieved certain levels of recognition.

National Level:

Panini Linguistics Olympiad: This Olympiad tests abilities in theoretical, mathematical and computational linguistics. In the 2017 national-level Olympiad, I was among the top 30 students. We attended a week-long workshop during which the Indian team for the International Linguistics Olympiad (ILO) is selected. During the workshop, the entire group was split up into smaller teams to participate against one another. My team won the Team Challenge Championship.

AMC 10/12AIME: I took the AMC 10/12 exams (the first step towards the International Math Olympiad in America) in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Based on my scores, I was invited to participate in the American Invitational Mathematical Examination (AIME) each of those years.

Math Prize for Girls: Based on my performance in the AMC 12, I was invited to contest in the Math Prize for Girls competition at MIT in 2015. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel to participate, due to a knee surgery. But I enjoyed preparing for it!

Regional Level:

Regional Math Olympiad: This Olympiad is the first step in the selection of the Indian team for the International Math Olympiad. I ranked 5th in the region of Karnataka, and attended a week-long training camp at the Indian Statistical Institute before taking the INMO.
